WAGNER is seeking an Associate Channel Marketing Manager in Plymouth, MN. The role partners with Product Marketing and Field Sales to drive channel growth through launches, content, and campaigns across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in channel marketing, with experience in VOC, personas, content calendars and marketing automation tools. Hybrid work is offered with strong ROI expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in Channel Marketing with dealers, retailers or distributors.
• Experience with core marketing principles and digital marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage product launches with cross-functional teams and establish timelines.
• Create and write marketing communications linking products to channel needs.
• Support audience-based email campaigns and optimize customer journeys.
• Coordinate external agencies and internal insights teams for media planning and testing.
• Produce content for social media, launches, channel support and training materials.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams on account planning and merchandising.
• Write and edit marketing copy for labels, collateral, digital assets and press releases.
• Plan and execute regional and national trade shows with logistics and on‑site ops.
• Coordinate trade show communications, promotions and post-event follow-up reporting.
• Maintain website content and CMS to ensure brand consistency and SEO readiness.
