Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 2–3 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Microsoft Office).
• Strong analytical skills to track, measure and interpret marketing program performance.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior management and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and initiatives for the channel using all marketing tools to boost presence and share of voice.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for the business line.
• Lead client events (in-person and digital) from planning to follow-up.
• Proactively manage client-specific marketing projects.
• Leverage digital outreach and identify opportunities for firm-wide and client-segmentation applications.
• Assist in measuring and reporting on marketing activities to assess success and identify best practices.
• Navigate and utilize marketing platforms essential to role execution.
