Enthuse Marketing, a fast-growing, education-led marketing agency in New York, seeks a Manager of Channel Intelligence & Insights. Hybrid role, two days in Hudson Yards, NYC.

Build the agency's intelligence capability, translate observations into actionable recommendations, and drive commercial outcomes with cross-functional partners. The role requires 4–7 years in insights or related fields, strong analytics and storytelling, and a degree in business or marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information into actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of customer behavior, retail environments, and commercial strategy.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Channel Intelligence frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Define key business questions and intelligence priorities; create tools and templates.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to identify patterns and implications.
• Develop actionable recommendations that support commercial growth and program optimization.
• Elevate field learnings into actionable business insights and support planning.
