The CommScope Datacenter team goes to market by forging deep relationships with dedicated and trusted installation partners and end customers that require the world’s best fiberoptic network infrastructure solutions to take on the most demanding applications. It is imperative that our Distribution Partners comprehensively enable, equip, and reward them in such a way that they are eager to go to market leading with us.
Our highly strategic distribution position will play a key role in continuing to position CommScope’s datacenter offering by bringing channel experience that will lead to an increasingly valuable distribution partner experience that helps us STAND APART in our industry.
Working together with the VP of North America Datacenters, this position will be responsible for ongoing oversight of the efficiency of the program and ensuring we are easy to do work with at scale. Achieving annual growth of our Distribution Partners extending beyond revenue. You will work with CommScope execs, sales leaders, account managers, and Distribution Partner resources to ensure the program is impactful, exciting, and ever improving. The position requires direct interaction with channel operations, marketing, finance, and engineering teams, as well as coordination of multiple inner-departmental initiatives to reach the sales growth goals of CommScope’s Datacenter team.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range (base & sales plan) for this position is $minimum to $mid.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
