Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. is offering a student program in West Fargo, ND. Co-ops are 8 months full-time, internships are semester-length and part-time, spanning across 18 functions.

You will coordinate dealer approvals, communicate with recruitment managers, and use Trello/eSpatial/Excel to track recruitment efforts. This program provides hands-on experience in corporate and production environments while supporting your undergraduate degree.

Qualifications

  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, MIS, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Global Business, or related field
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
  • A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
  • Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow written instructions

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the approval process for new Bobcat dealers across North America
  • Communicate with Bobcat recruitment managers and field staff regarding new dealer and branch locations
  • Serve as the liaison between Bobcat and Wells Fargo
  • Use Trello, eSpatial, and Excel programs to track recruitment efforts
  • Analyze expansion areas using maps and industry data
  • Track new dealer leads from Bobcat.com
  • Create monthly reports on the status of expansion areas

Role & Responsibility

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
