Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad degree in relevant fields.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter mindset.
• Able to commit to an 8-month co-op or 4-month internship.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the approval process for new Bobcat dealers across North America.
• Communicate with Bobcat recruitment managers and field staff about dealer locations.
• Serve as liaison between Bobcat and Wells Fargo.
• Use Trello, eSpatial, and Excel to track recruitment efforts.
• Analyze expansion areas using maps and industry data.
• Track new dealer leads from Bobcat.com.
• Create monthly reports on expansion status.
