We’re currently looking for: an energetic and motivated Channel Account Manager to join our Australian Service Provider team, thriving in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. If you are a go-getter, this role is for you.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with strategic partners (including OPTUS) across Australia, building quality pipelines, enabling partners to effectively win customers, and driving their success in gaining market share.
Your role is to be the ambassador for RingCentral, helping the strategic partners' brand with their sales teams, being the expert they consult for customer qualification, and supporting them in closing deals. You will join a large, pan-Australian sales force supported by RingCentral’s experienced global teams.
You will develop strategies to help our partners sell on value, differentiate their services from competitors, and expand from SMB to mid-market and enterprise segments. There is no limit to how far you can advance this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Learn the sales methodologies and service capabilities of RingCentral to lead sales conversations and enable partners to do the same.
Become the expert on competitors, their strategies, solutions, market knowledge, and industry data to demonstrate thought leadership to service providers.
Understand the business, processes, and governance of service providers, ensuring compliance with policies.
Develop and expand relationships within service providers to enhance their enablement capabilities.
Create programs and initiatives to increase awareness of RingCentral solutions in your territory.
Create and implement plans to generate leads and a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
Train service providers on products, processes, and solutions following best practices.
Co-sell and review key UCaaS deals.
Assist service providers with quotes and proposals.
Coordinate training, marketing, and enablement programs with service providers.
Represent RingCentral at sales events, collaborating with partners.
You will manage teams across Australia, requiring travel up to 75% of the time.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in field sales and channel enablement.
Knowledge of communication services and selling them in Australia (UCaaS/CCaaS).
Experience engaging with carrier service providers.
Ability to learn new technologies, especially cloud-based UC, Contact Center, and AI technologies.
