Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks a mid-level Channel Account Manager to drive MSP channel sales and manage partner relations from Ireland. You will help customers adopt Huntress to strengthen security posture and report to the Channel Account Management Manager.
Expect a €54,600 base with €91,000 on-target earnings, equity, and benefits including a €480 home-office allowance and €111/month digital reimbursement. This is 100% remote with travel 1–2 times per year.
This is a solid mid-level sales role at a high-growth cybersecurity company with real traction — 6M+ secured endpoints signals genuine product-market fit, not just pitch deck numbers. Founded by ex-NSA operators and remaining remote-first since 2015, Huntress has a credible culture and mission that resonates in the security community.
Compensation context: The €54,600 base with €91,000 OTE is competitive for Ireland's mid-market SaaS sales landscape, though top performers at Dublin-based enterprise SaaS firms can earn higher OTEs. The equity component adds meaningful upside if Huntress continues its growth trajectory.
Green flags: Remote-first culture with coaching via BetterUp signals investment in employee growth. Clear metrics (net/gross dollar retention) mean your success is objectively measurable — good for high performers. Reporting to a Channel Account Management Manager gives a defined promotion pathway.
Watch for: The role requires quota attainment, so pipeline health and partner quality in your assigned territory will heavily influence your earnings. Understand the maturity of the existing partner book before committing.
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That's why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
