A Changeover Supervisor is responsible for leading the Operations Department part time staff during changeover shifts which is the process of setting up and tearing down events. This position will work alongside the Full-time Managers when planning and executing each shift. This position is also responsible for coordinating the staff and making sure the work is being done efficiently, safely, and properly. In the event an accident report is needed, the Changeover Supervisor is responsible for filling out incident reports and following proper company protocols when needed. The Operations Department has flexible schedules as employees are able to pick the shifts and events worked.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $17.50.
