Job summary

Position

Changeover Staff – Operations (Part‑time)

Reports to: Operations Supervisor

FLSA Status: Part‑time.

Major Responsibilities

• Moving, arranging, setting up and removing items required for events.
• Set‑up and tear‑down of stages, tables, chairs, barricades, linens, and equipment.
• Assembly and disassembly of animal penning.
• Cleaning and upkeep of buildings: buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, cleaning toilets, urinals, mirrors, walls, arena seats and trash cans.
• Clean‑up during and after events.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, including working in indoor and outdoor settings, adverse conditions, and in high areas.
• Ability to work irregular hours, shifts that may include nights, graveyard shift, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using hand tools (preferred).
• English communication skills for emergency situations.
• Reliable and consistent transportation during irregular hours.
• Physical demands: standing for long durations; lifting and moving up to 100 pounds; kneeling, stooping and crawling; vision acuity to operate equipment as required.
