Change Risk Execution Consultant (PMLC and ECRE/Risk Management)

Job Overview

The Change Risk Execution Consultant with Project and ECRE/Risk Management experience will partner with project stakeholders to facilitate the program's execution, focusing on enterprise change risk evaluation (ECRE). Responsibilities include engaging, educating, advising, and assisting in documenting risks and controls affecting project implementation and delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare project Points of Contact to initiate the ECRE process, supporting timelines.
2. Advise on the identification, documentation, and approval of Risks, Controls, and Mitigation Plans within the Archer ECRE module, in collaboration with GCO Risk Advisors.
3. Ensure adherence to design expectations and proper calibration of risks during implementation or steady-state delivery.
4. Participate in project meetings to communicate ECRE status and next steps.
5. Manage significant portions of the ECRE execution process and own relevant quality metrics.
6. Collaborate on process improvements with CRE leadership.
7. Manage 10-15 concurrent ECREs, depending on complexity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a large firm.
• Strategic and tactical thinking, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking, risk management, and audit practices.
• Leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or technology.
• Knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and operational environments.
• Experience with Business Process Management (BPM).
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
