Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Change Order Manager in Marietta, GA. The role leads the end-to-end change order process, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and customers to ensure accurate pricing and defined scope.

You will drive timely approvals, monitor performance metrics, and support cost control and commercial outcomes in a hybrid work setting with three days in-office per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing changes, change orders, variations, claims, or project controls is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of scope, risk, cost impacts, and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change order process from initiation to approval and handoff to Project Managers.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Sales Engineering, suppliers, and customers to assess impacts.
• Develop pricing, scope, and schedule impacts; obtain internal approvals and customer sign-off.
• Maintain change order records, pricing methodologies, and communication with stakeholders.
