Job summary

Vanderlande, a global leader in logistics process automation, seeks a Change Order Manager in Marietta, GA. The role leads the end-to-end change order process, coordinating engineering, procurement, sales engineering, and customers. Hybrid work requires three days in the office weekly.

Responsibilities include evaluating scope, pricing, and schedule impacts, generating commercial proposals, and maintaining change order records. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, business, or related field; equivalent project management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project scope, risk, contract obligations, cost impacts, and schedule considerations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change order process from initiation to approval and handoff to Project Managers.
• Coordinate cross-functional and external stakeholders to assess technical, commercial, contractual, and schedule impacts.
• Consolidate inputs into customer proposals with scope, schedule, and cost impacts; obtain quotations and estimates from subcontractors/suppliers.
