This is a critical role focused on protecting business continuity, reducing adoption risk, and ensuring stakeholder and supplier readiness keeps pace with the integration timeline.

  • Coordinate supplier-facing readiness by partnering with Supply Chain workstreams and supplier enablement teams to ensure suppliers understand relevant process changes, system touchpoints, testing expectations, cutover actions, support paths, and timing dependencies.
  • Integrate MOC into program governance by providing readiness status, risks, dependencies, open decisions, and escalation requests through workstream meetings, PMO reviews, readiness gates, testing checkpoints, deployment forums, and executive updates.
  • Support testing, cutover, and hypercare by ensuring impacted users, testers, SMEs, and support teams understand new responsibilities, handoffs, controls, workarounds, triage paths, and go-live support expectations.
  • Escalate readiness risks by identifying and elevating gaps related to SME ownership, training readiness, communications, operational support, vendor dependencies, business continuity, and customer-impacting processes.
  • Capture adoption evidence by tracking training completion, simulation outcomes, readiness results, issue remediation, feedback themes, and post-go-live adoption gaps to inform future integration waves.
  • Act as a peer leader on a cross-functional project team, own decision-making within projects, and contribute to strategic supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, change management, supply chain transformation, systems implementation, business process change, or operational readiness.
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional programs involving Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, customer-facing teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience managing readiness plans, change impacts, stakeholder communications, training coordination, issue tracking, risk escalation, and adoption activities.
