Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of Change Management experience supporting supply chain initiatives
  • Strong understanding of supply chain stage gate processes and lifecycle management
  • Experience with supply chain data workstreams during large transformations
  • Knowledge of materials, supplier relationships and material master data
  • Ability to influence resistant stakeholders and drive action
  • Strong project tracking and organization skills with deliverables and milestones
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Office Suite
  • Ability to produce status updates, executive communications, and progress reports
  • Comfort with highly visible enterprise programs and multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities across the supply chain data workstream during separation.
  • Manage and track progress through each stage gate of the supply chain lifecycle.
  • Gather requirements, validate data, and support implementation readiness.
  • Develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Create adoption materials to support business readiness.
  • Identify and organize supply chain data for system and operational transitions.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive accountability for actions.
  • Maintain project trackers, risk logs, and delivery schedules with deadlines.
  • Provide weekly status updates and executive-level reporting.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to resolve blockers and keep deliverables on track.
  • Support go-live planning, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
  • Coordinate activities across North America and EMEA to ensure alignment.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Change Management Manager to support one of the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives, the enterprise-wide separation of their orthopedics division. This resource will support the supply chain data workstream through key implementation and go-live activities, helping drive stakeholder adoption, data readiness, and overall delivery across stage gate milestones.

The ideal candidate will have experience navigating complex supply chain transformations, influencing resistant stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional teams through large-scale operational change.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of Change Management experience supporting supply chain initiatives
  • Strong understanding of supply chain stage gate processes and lifecycle management
  • Experience working within supply chain data workstreams during large transformation programs
  • Understanding of raw materials, purchased materials, supplier relationships, and material master data concepts
  • Proven ability to influence and drive action among difficult or resistant stakeholders
  • Strong project tracking and organizational skills with experience managing deliverables and milestone dates
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and general Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to create status updates, executive communications, and progress reporting
  • Comfortable working in highly visible enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Plusses)
  • Experience supporting SAP implementations or ERP transformations
  • MedTech, Medical Device, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry experience
  • Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and project management
  • Experience supporting large-scale supply chain or manufacturing transformations
  • Exposure to product lifecycle management processes
  • Experience supporting global teams across North America and EMEA
  • Knowledge of surgical, orthopedic, OTC, or regulated product supply chains
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead change management activities across the supply chain data workstream during the separation initiative.
  • Manage and track progress through each stage gate of the supply chain lifecycle, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are completed on schedule.
  • Partner with business, supply chain, and project stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, and support implementation readiness activities.
  • Develop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and change adoption materials to support business readiness.
  • Help identify, correlate, and organize supply chain data required for system and operational transitions.
  • Influence stakeholders who may be resistant to additional project-related activities and help drive accountability for required actions.
  • Maintain project trackers, risk logs, action items, and delivery schedules while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide weekly status updates and executive-level reporting using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Partner closely with program leadership and escalation points to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and keep deliverables on track.
  • Support go-live planning, execution, hypercare activities, and transition into steady-state operations following implementation.
  • Coordinate across North American and EMEA teams to ensure alignment on project activities, dependencies, and readiness milestones.
