A leading staffing firm seeks a Change Management Specialist to support change initiatives for a global biotechnology company focused on rare diseases. The successful candidate will manage stakeholder engagement, assess change impacts, and assist with training and communication strategies. This role requires a bachelor's degree, strong analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This individual will be responsible for supporting Supply Chain change management initiatives (70%) and process changes (30%) for a large global biotechnology company focused on rare diseases. Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Maintain and update list of key stakeholders and stakeholder groups, and define their goals and expectations, including their levels of commitment and ability to influence the change process.
• Assess and classify impacts of the change on stakeholders and stakeholder groups.
• Support the change methodology to manage the impacts of the change and the change risk mitigation options to ensure the intended change implements successfully
• Provide input to the Change Plan based on additional information identified during later stages in the project.
• Write the communications about the change and work with the business leads to finalize messaging
• Support consultants in development of training material
• Prepare and support the Change Ambassadors and Key Stakeholders during the change process and monitor change management performance metrics
• Support development of ERP ticketing process changes, including working cross-functionally to create and document improved sustainable process
• Support other ad hoc projects, as necessary
• Bachelor’s degree and experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication, training support, and organizational readiness. Supply Chain experience a plus
• Positive Attitude and proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and highly-matrixed environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft office products (Power Point, Excel)
• Experience with Visio and/or SAP a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
