Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager, Change Management to lead enterprise change initiatives across manufacturing and corporate teams. You will design and execute change strategies for process, system, and organizational transformations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

You will partner with plant leadership, engineering, HR, and project teams to assess impacts, build communication and training plans, and coach leaders through change, using data-driven, continuous improvement principles

Qualifications
