Job summary

Marvin seeks a Manager, Change Management to lead enterprise change initiatives across our manufacturing and corporate teams. You will design and execute change strategies for process, system, and organizational transformations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

You’ll partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, HR, and project teams to assess impacts, build communication and training plans, and coach leaders through change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise change initiatives across multiple functions.
• Ability to design and implement change strategies for processes, systems and organization.
• Strong communication, training design and coaching skills for leaders.
