Change Management Consultant, Cybersecurity

NTT DATA is seeking a Change Management Consultant, Cybersecurity to join our team remotely. Responsibilities:

1. Lead cybersecurity adoption programs within digital transformation initiatives to align business policies and procedures.
2. Develop and execute cybersecurity change management strategies, ensuring organizational compliance and engagement.
3. Create comprehensive change management plans that include branding, stakeholder engagement, and tailored adoption initiatives.
4. Identify early adopters and champions among employees to facilitate risk mitigation and impact demonstration.
5. Assess change impacts and design specific cybersecurity adoption journeys for different employee groups.
6. Design and implement cybersecurity awareness campaigns with creative branding and engagement tactics.
7. Develop training materials and communication frameworks to enhance cybersecurity knowledge and behaviors.
8. Manage client relationships, report progress, and refine adoption strategies continuously.
