Job summary

Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs.Change Management AnalystPosition Summary:Develop, collect, analyze, and report key people data to Xcel Energy Change Management team and stakeholders to assist in making key change decisions and understand the impacts of change at the enterprise level. Develop and produce regular and ad hoc dashboards in digestible formats for change team and stakeholders.
