Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead governance and oversight for global network changes. You will partner with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure changes are safe, compliant, and aligned with risk controls.

This role emphasizes rapid execution, risk reduction, and consistent process improvement. You will oversee multiple regions, validate implementation plans, and provide real-time oversight during critical windows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure, or change management.
• Strong understanding of change management principles (ITIL preferred).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, global environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Strong critical thinking and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Support go/no-go decisions to protect production environments.

• Facilitate change governance forums (e.g., CAB/CAC).
• Ensure all impacted stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the lifecycle.
• Help evolve change management processes to support high-volume, global delivery.
• Drive adoption of templates, runbooks, and best practices.

Position Summary In this role, you will be at the center of a rapidly expanding change landscape, ensuring that network changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact to production services. You will work across engineering, operations, and application teams to enable continuous delivery while maintaining strong control and stability. This is a highvisibility role with a direct impact on service reliability, client experience, and enterprise risk posture.

What Youll Do

• Lead Change Governance & Oversight

Improve Processes & Scale Operations

• Help evolve change management processes to support high-volume, global delivery
• Drive adoption of standardized templates, runbooks, and best practices
• Support the use of tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to improve visibility, automation, and reporting

Primary Skill-Agile tools (Jira)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure, or change management
• Strong understanding of change management principles (ITIL preferred)
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, global environments
