Job summary

American Orthodontics in Sheboygan, WI seeks a Data Specialist to ensure accurate product data across ERP and related systems. You will enter item data, maintain bills of materials and routes, and support change management and data submissions to external agencies.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP (Dynamics 365) and PDM (SolidWorks PDM). This on-site position includes comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in operations or information technology preferred.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) preferred.
• Working knowledge of PDM systems (SolidWorks PDM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain item data in the ERP system for new and updated products.
• Create, update, and maintain bills of materials and manufacturing routes.
• Support and assist with Change Management activities.
• Prepare and transmit product data submissions to external agencies.
• Facilitate the change processes for controlled documents.
• Perform system searches and generate reports.
• Support day-to-day operations by providing data and system-related assistance.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
• Other similar/related activities as requested.
