Job summary

Amerock is seeking a Master Data Specialist to oversee the complete change management of master data, including product, customer, and vendor records.

You will enter, validate, and maintain data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role requires collaboration across purchasing, planning, finance, operations and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in master data or related roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
• Knowledge of item creation, BOMs, routings and work-center structures.
• Experience with SAP ERP or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence across levels.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.
• Manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end master data management process.
• Enter, validate, and maintain accuracy of all master data in SAP (BOMs, routes, work centers, product specs).
• Communicate data changes across the business.
• Monitor master data reports and notices to ensure accurate loads.
• Coordinate change management with purchasing, planning, finance, operations and marketing.
• Train users on how to look up product and production information in SAP.
• Support SKU rationalization activities with accurate product master data.
• Create standard reports to support supply chain, sales and finance (S&OP).
• Manage forecast upload processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Master Data Specialist is responsible forthe entire change management process of master data, including but not limitedto product, customer, and vendor master data. This individual will facilitatethe processes of data entry, validation, and maintenance. The Specialist willcoordinate with team members to make sure master data related project timelinesare met.

• Provide ownership of entire master data management process.
• Enter, validate, and maintain accuracy of all master data elements in SAP, including but not limited to bills of material, routes, work centers and product specifications.
• Provide necessary information and communication for product data changes throughout the business.
• Monitor all master data reports, change notices and exception messages to ensure information is correctly loaded and in compliance with system requirements.
• Coordinate change management activities with purchasing, planning, finance, operations and marketing.
• Provide support to business on training users on how to look up product and production information in SAP.
• Participatein SKU rationalization activities and provide product master data to facilitatethose activities.
• Create standard reporting to support supplychain, sales and finance to support the S&OP process.
• Manage forecast upload process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bacheloror Associate Degree in related field, or equivalent experience
