A BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required, with 3–4 years of engineering design experience. Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential for success.

• B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–4 years of engineering design experience in product development/manufacturing.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Review, analyze, and validate engineering change orders and deviations.
• Lead cross-functional change management/change implementation teams across plant departments.
• Resolve issues that prevent change implementation; provide technical explanations.
• Manage the change process via the change information database.
• Coordinate with staff from assembly to senior management to implement changes on time.
• Monitor change requests from initiation to release and report progress.
