Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a Change Communications Supervisor to lead strategic messaging for business transformations and crises. You will partner with the Change Management team, executives, and stakeholders to translate complex initiatives into engaging communications across internal and external audiences.

You will craft messaging, develop communication plans, and deliver campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and clarity, while mentoring a team and aligning with company priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; communication-related major preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years advising senior leaders in strategic communication and change management.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute and oversee a communication strategy aligned with business transformation.
• Develop message sets and collateral to achieve objectives across leadership levels.
• Deliver internal and external campaigns illustrating milestones and value.
• Present progress to senior executives and provide guidance on employee engagement.
• Develop leader toolkits to support effective communication and implementation.
• Advise leaders on organizational change initiatives and readiness.
• Lead crisis communications and issues response for programs.
• Supervise and develop direct reports where applicable.
