Job description

McCarter & English, LLP is actively seeking a midlevel associate for its business litigation practice group in its Wilmington, Delaware office. Delaware bar admission required. Two to four years of experience litigating matters in the Court of Chancery in a sophisticated business litigation practice required, with superior academic background and excellent writing and analytical skills.
