Job summary

St Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance leader to oversee daily maintenance of the golf course and practice facilities. The role requires supervising up to 44 employees, training staff, and ensuring club standards and member playing conditions are met.

You will operate equipment, uphold HR procedures, and provide support across the golf operation, stepping in for the Director of Golf Course Maintenance when needed.

• Maintain all maintenance practices of the golf course and practice facilities.
• Train new employees.
• Operate equipment while maintaining club standards and all Human Resource procedures.
• Has full authority for the Golf Course Maintenance Department in the absence of the Director of Golf Course Maintenance.
• Assure the standards of Member Services and playing conditions are met.
• Deal with administrative duties and supervise up to 44 employees to achieve goals and club standards.
• Assist on any golf course at any given time.
