The coach will develop student-athlete growth on and off the court and lead practices, game preparation, and program culture. Responsibilities include running practices, managing lineups, coordinating with the Athletic Director, ensuring safety, and fostering academic eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school or club level coaching experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clearances/background check as PA/state requirements.
• Ability to commit to pre-season, regular season, and postseason schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run practices; develop season training plans for skills, conditioning, teamwork, and strategy.
• Coach games: manage lineups, in-game adjustments, scouting, and game preparation.
• Communicate with players, parents, and the Athletic Director, coordinate scheduling, travel, and equipment.
• Oversee assistant coaches and volunteers.
• Ensure athlete safety, maintain or obtain First Aid/CPR certification, and follow concussion and injury protocols.
• Monitor academic eligibility and uphold school and league policies.
• Represent the school at league meetings and community events.
