Job summary

Acelero Learning Delaware is seeking an Early Head Start Teacher to nurture infants and toddlers in a warm, responsive classroom. You will implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum and build strong family partnerships through home visits and conferences.

You will support individualized learning, including IFSPs, track progress with observations, and ensure health, safety and wellness in daily routines. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Infant/toddler CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Pass a physical exam and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage with infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, responsive classroom for infants and toddlers.
• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
