Four Seasons Surf Club in Surfside, FL is seeking a full-time bartender to provide fast, friendly service for hotel guests and servers. You will have full knowledge of the bar menu, mix and pour a wide range of drinks, and assist with food service in the bar area.

Strong candidates will have at least two years of bartending experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to communicate drink origins and preparation methods to guests. Training and employee meals are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years bartending or related work.
• Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks per menu and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders and check against original order using the POS system.
• Describe items and origins to guests and maintain knowledge of beverages.
• Serve bar food items with same beverage knowledge.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns, and upsell where appropriate.
• Close guest checks accurately and process payments.
