Jet Aviation is seeking a qualified captain to lead Challenger 650 operations from Rochester. You will command the flight crew, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and deliver world-class service on domestic and international missions.

A valid ATP and First Class Medical are required, with willingness to travel worldwide. Senior leadership, exceptional communication, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ATP certificate and FAA First Class Medical are required.
• Willing to travel worldwide; flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license.
• Education: high school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Preferred: current aircraft type rating and currency.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with integrity and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Assume full command of assigned flights, making critical decisions that ensure compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
• Lead a professional crew and foster a culture of safety, open communication, and exceptional service.
• Plan and execute domestic and international missions; adapt to changing conditions to deliver safe, seamless trips.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and performance; manage flight plans and fuel strategies.
• Perform TSA In-Flight Security Coordinator functions under the applicable Twelve-Five or private charter standard security program.
• Conduct or delegate passenger safety briefings; report hazards and aircraft discrepancies promptly.
• Manage trip documentation, aircraft manuals, and accurate trip paperwork.
• Represent Jet Aviation with integrity, discretion, and polished client-facing professionalism.
