Job summary

ACI Jet is seeking a Challenger 605 Captain (PIC) based at San Luis Obispo (KSBP). The role requires extensive flight time with substantial PIC and multi-engine experience, plus an ATP and English proficiency. The Captain will operate under Part 91/135, report to the ACM, and support client service at a high level.

Based at SLO, candidates should live within a 2-hour drive of KSBP and be prepared for a demanding schedule. A documented medical and U.S.

Qualifications

• 3,500 total flight hours required.
• 2,000 PIC hours.
• 1,500 multi‑engine hours.
• 300 instrument hours.
• CL-604 rating highly desired.
• ATP certificate with English proficiency.
• Must meet ICAO Annex I, Sec 2.1.10.
• First Class Medical.
• US Passport.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years aviation experience.
• Must live within 2 hours of KSBP.

Responsibilities

• Operate Challenger 605 aircraft in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner under Part 91/135.
• Coordinate with Flight Dispatch to meet flight objectives and policies.
• Provide exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and customer service to clients.
• Keep Electronic Flight Bags current with navigation data and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of ACI Jet Air Carrier Operations Manual (ACOM).
• Perform thorough preflight inspections including aircraft, documentation, equipment, and weather assessments.
