What You’ll Do

• Command Challenger 3500 operations with an unwavering focus on safety, SOP adherence, and passenger care.
• Lead flight preparation, performance planning, and risk assessment for diverse operating environments.
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin teams to deliver seamless journeys.
• Champion a just‑culture environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support EIS activities and best practices for fleet maturity and reliability (highly advantageous).

Minimum Requirements

• ICAO ATPL with CL30 type rating plus differences course (validated/current).
• Medical: First Class.
• Total Time: 5,000+ hours.
• PIC: 2,000+ hours total, including 500+ hours PIC on the Challenger 3500.
• Clean safety record: no accidents/incidents.
• Age at application: under 59.

Preferred

• EIS experience on the CL3500 or comparable type is highly advantageous.
