Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Challenger 350 Instructor Pilot in Lake Nona, FL. The role involves leading classroom and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, and specialty courses, with duties including lesson planning, briefing, and maintaining publication materials.

Occasional travel may be required. Qualified candidates hold an ATP certificate with PIC, 3,000+ total flight hours, and strong teaching and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Teaching experience or ability to teach is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Fluent English in spoken and written form.
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and simulator training for Challenger 350.
• Lead Initial and Recurrent training sessions and skill evaluations.
• Plan lessons, set up training sessions, and maintain materials.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Assess pilot progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with customers and center management.
• If qualified, conduct proficiency checks and certifications per regulations.
