Job summary

Fair Wind Air Charter is seeking experienced Challenger 350/3500 Captain pilots to operate CL30 aircraft from Miami-Opa Locka (KOPF). This full-time corporate flight role emphasizes safety, stability, and work-life balance for domestic US missions with international travel expected for a dedicated owner-client.

The position requires 5,000 hours total time, PIC time, and CL30 type-rating with recent currency. Excellent compensation, relocation assistance, and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• 5,000 hours total time.
• 3,000 hours Total PIC Time.
• 2,500 hours of Multi-Engine Time.
• 500 hours of PIC Time-in-Type (CL30).
• ATP licensed with PIC type rating in CL30.
• First Class, unrestricted, medical certificate.
• Unrestricted Passport
• FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Permit.
• Recent currency in CL30 (simulator training) within 12 months required.
• Important: Applicants must currently meet the CL30 type-rating and minimum PIC time-in-type requirements.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 400 flight hours annually per aircraft.
• Primarily preplanned corporate missions throughout the United States.
• Limited short-notice or unscheduled flight assignments.
• Dedicated three-pilot crew assigned to each aircraft.
• Rotational crew scheduling designed to provide predictable time off.
• Supplemental contract pilot support as operationally necessary.
• Dedicated full-time aircraft maintenance and crew chief support.
• No third-party charter operations or commercial passenger assignments.
