Job summary

Fair Wind Air Charter is seeking experienced aviation professionals for full-time Captain positions operating Challenger 350/3500 aircraft based at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (KOPF). These aircraft operate under 14 CFR Part 91 for a dedicated owner-client, supporting executive travel domestically and internationally.

The role offers a stable corporate flying assignment with a predictable schedule, dedicated three-pilot crews, and a strong emphasis on safety and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 5,000 hours total time
• 3,000 hours Total PIC Time
• 2,500 hours of Multi-Engine Time
• 500 hours of PIC Time-in-Type (CL30)
• ATP licensed with PIC type rating in CL30
• First Class, unrestricted medical certificate
• Unrestricted Passport
• FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Permit
• Recent currency in CL30 (simulator training) within 12 months required
• Important: CL30 type-rating and minimum PIC time-in-type must be met at time of application

Responsibilities

• Approximately 400 flight hours annually per aircraft.
• Primarily preplanned corporate missions throughout the United States.
• Limited short-notice or unscheduled flight assignments.
• Dedicated three-pilot crew assigned to each aircraft.
• Rotational crew scheduling designed to provide predictable time off.
• Supplemental contract pilot support as operationally necessary.
• Dedicated full-time aircraft maintenance and crew chief support.
• No third-party charter operations or commercial passenger assignments.
• Aircraft are managed by Fair Wind Air Charter with established safety programs.
