Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a seasoned pilot to serve as PIC on Challenger 300 aircraft under Part 91/135. You will fly safely and professionally, delivering exceptional in-flight service for clients and passengers.

You will apply FARs knowledge and FlightWorks standards while communicating clearly and fostering a collaborative cockpit culture. Qualifications include an FAA ATP certificate, First-Class Medical, and 3,500 hours TT with significant PIC and multi-engine time.

Your mission

• Serve as PIC on Challenger 300 operations conducted under Part 91 and Part 135.
• Execute every flight with safety, professionalism, and efficiency at the forefront.
• Deliver a refined, customer-focused in-flight experience for passengers and clients.
• Apply a strong working knowledge of the FARs and FlightWorks safety and compliance standards.
• Communicate clearly with passengers, clients, co-workers, and leadership; foster teamwork and a positive cockpit culture.
• Operate effectively within defined duty and rest assignments in a fluid, fast-paced aircraft-management environment.

What you’ll bring

• FAA ATP certificate (unrestricted or restricted) and current First-Class Medical.
• Flight time: 3,500 hours total time; 2,000 hours multi-engine; 2,000 hours PIC; 200 hours time-in-type (Challenger 300 series).
• Challenger 300 type rating preferred (not mandatory).
• Clean safety record: no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement action.
• Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a collaborative mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to FlightWorks’ safety and service standards.
• Safety-sensitive role: subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Georgia.
