Job summary

Solairus Aviation seeks a Challenger 300 Captain for an operation at Napa (KAPC). You will pilot the Challenger 300, conduct thorough pre-flight checks, review aircraft status, and ensure safe flight operations according to regulations and Solairus procedures.

The role requires extensive flight hours, high PIC hours, and ongoing ICAO procedures training. Residence within two hours of KAPC or willingness to relocate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Total time = 3000 hours.
• PIC = 1500 hours.
• MEL = 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC = 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours.
• Instrument = 250 hours.
• Type rated on Challenger 300 or comparable aircraft.
• First class medical required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe operation of the Challenger 300 aircraft.
• Conduct flights in a safe and prudent manner per regulations and SOPs.
• Review maintenance status of the aircraft.
• Perform pre-flight inspections per Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Assess weather and routing including alternates.
• Ensure compliance with Solairus policies and FARs.
• Ensure safety of passengers, aircraft and crew.
• Complete all trip paperwork accurately.
