Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Challenger 605 Captain to join an operation in the NY Area. The ideal candidate will be a standout colleague dedicated to safety, service, and integrity, delivering expert flight operations for our clients.

The Captain will oversee the safe operation of the Challenger 605, ensure compliance with regulations, manage trip paperwork, and uphold high standards for crew and passenger safety while supporting Solairus’ culture.

Qualifications

• Total flight time required: 3000 hours.
• PIC: 1500 hours.
• MEL: 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC: 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet: 500 hours.
• Instrument: 250 hours.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of the Challenger 605 aircraft.
• Conduct flights in a safe, prudent manner.
• Review maintenance status before flight and complete pre-flight inspections.
• Ensure flight complies with Solairus Aviation policies and FARs.
• Ensure safety of passengers, aircraft and crew; complete all trip paperwork correctly.
