About the Role

Are you passionate about using innovation to address real-world injustice? The Hilde B Foundation is launching a student-facing tech challenge focused on building tools for survivors of domestic violence and we’re looking for a Challenge Architect & Lead Facilitator to help shape the experience from start to finish.

You’ll design the structure, lead the rollout, and ensure the process is equitable, inspiring, and impact-driven.

What You’ll Do

• Design the challenge framework (submission process, timeline, judging rubric)
• Draft the call-for-submissions in a way that invites diverse participation
• Coordinate with outreach and review teams
• Help run kickoff and finale events (virtual or hybrid)
• Ensure survivor-informed principles are embedded throughout

Ideal Background

• Experience with hackathons, pitch competitions, academic conferences, or startup accelerators
• Excellent communicator and systems-thinker
