National Dentex is seeking a skilled Chairside Technician to support the West Memphis, AR and Memphis, TN area. This full-time role involves matching patient dentition, performing porcelain repairs, and assisting dentists with complex crown and bridge cases in a busy dental laboratory setting.

Core requirements include a high school diploma, at least 5 years in chairside dental assisting or as a dental technician, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Chairside Dental Assisting or Dental Technician experience - minimum 5 yrs.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Match patient dentition by staining porcelain and porcelain-to-metal restorations.
• Perform minor porcelain repairs and assist with complex crown/bridge cases.
• Advise dentists on prep procedures for all-porcelain restorations and implant cases.
• Maintain lab inventory and help with case follow-up and scheduling.
