Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Registered Dental Assistant and Radiology License required.
• Coronal Polish and Sealant Certificates required.
• Current CPR certification (AHA) required.
• Experience with dental software systems preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist dentist chairside in all phases of dentistry.
• Take diagnostic intra-oral x-rays and develop/mount as requested.
• Perform coronal polishing and prophylaxis.
• Apply fluoride varnish or fluoride gel.
• Place sealants on permanent dentations.
• Document treatment and patient information in dental software.
• Maintain infection control and OSHA guidelines.
• Manage patient behavior during treatment.
