Job summary

Tend is seeking Dental Assistants to provide chairside support and contribute to a patient-first experience in a modern dental studio. You will assist dentists and hygienists, prep rooms, maintain sterilization, and help ensure smooth studio flow while delivering exceptional care.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, supporting hygiene visits and expanding clinical skills through ongoing training and collaboration with the studio’s growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• All state-required certifications, registrations, or licenses for dental assistants.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Demonstrated chairside knowledge and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chairside support to dentists and hygienists across procedures.
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for during visits.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment per OSHA/CDC standards.
• Take dental radiographs and support accurate patient records where permitted.
• Support hygienists within Team Hygiene model and assist during hygiene visits.
