Job summary

Tend is seeking Dental Assistants to support chairside care and ensure a patient-first experience in a modern dental studio in Boston. You will assist dentists and hygienists, prepare rooms, maintain sterilization, and help keep the studio running smoothly while delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications

• All state-required certifications, registrations, or licenses for dental assistants.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Demonstrated chairside knowledge and patient care skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (32-40 hours per week including some Saturdays) or part-time schedule (2-3 days per week including some Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding chairside support to dentists and hygienists across procedures.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment.
• Take dental radiographs and support accurate patient records.
• Support hygienists within the Team Hygiene model and assist during hygiene visits.
• Contribute to studio flow and patient experience.
