Gresham Dental Group seeks an experienced dental assistant to join our family-focused practice in Gresham, Oregon. Prior 1–3 years of chairside experience or a certified dental assistant program is required, along with an active BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of chairside dental assisting or graduation from an accredited dental assistant program.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Familiarity with Open Dental or similar practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality four-handed chairside assistance to dentists during general and cosmetic procedures.
• Deliver a gentle, judgment-free patient experience and ensure comfort for the Gresham community.
• Prepare, sterilize, and turnover instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to maintain smooth daily scheduling.
