Job summary

Gresham Dental Group seeks an experienced dental assistant to join our family-focused practice in Gresham, Oregon. Prior 1–3 years of chairside experience or a certified dental assistant program is required, along with an active BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities include four-handed chairside support, patient comfort, instrument prep, sterilization, and collaboration with front desk staff to keep the day running smoothly. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Experience: 1- 3+ years of clinical chairside dental assisting experience OR a graduation certification from an accredited dental assistant school.
  • Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern practice management software (experience with Open Dental is a major plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, clear and honest communication style, and a gentle, compassionate approach to patient care.
