Clinton Family Dental is seeking an experienced Chairside Dental Assistant to join a busy, multi-doctor practice. You will work closely with doctors to deliver high-quality clinical care while keeping the schedule running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of chairside general dentistry experience.
• Maryland Dental Radiation Technologist (X-ray) Certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist during restorative, crown and bridge, cosmetic, emergency, implant, and other general dentistry procedures.
• Take high-quality digital radiographs.
• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with impressions and digital scanning.
• Educate patients before and after treatment.
• Manage laboratory cases.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Work closely with the front office, hygiene department, and fellow assistants to create an outstanding patient experience.
