Aesthetic & Family Dentistry of North Bethesda is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our team. The role covers patient care, office, and laboratory duties, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting during procedures.

You will help with patient comfort, records, and postoperative advice. The ideal candidate is Maryland-certified with two years of experience, has strong computer and communication skills, and is pleasant and cooperative.

Qualifications

• Maryland certification required.
• Two years of experience in dental assisting.
• Pleasant, courteous personality with strong communication.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with dental PM software.
• Ability to take dental x-rays and assist during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Assist during dental procedures.
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations.
• Take dental x-rays as directed.
• Obtain dental records and instruct patients on oral care.
• Order clinical supplies and schedule follow-ups.
