Position Description
This facility is actively designing and planning to build a new Tulane Urology clinic on its campus with ~7,000 sq feet, 11 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms to support the growth of the Tulane Urology Department. The goal will be to have the clinic open by Q3 2025. EJGH has 4 Davinci Xi robots with teaching consoles and is actively evaluating expanding their fleet and expects to continue to do so with the new leadership of the Department.

Professional Qualifications:
· MD, MD/PhD or DO with urology specialty/sub-specialty certification by the American Board of Urology.· Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Louisiana.· A minimum of ten years of demonstrated leadership achievement in an academic department with increasing volume, innovation, and inter and intra disciplinary collaborations.· Clinically active surgeon with a proven track record of developing, leading, and growing complex clinical programs that focus on access, high quality, and outstanding patient satisfaction.· Familiarity with the process of scientific inquiry and factors that support this growth of research within an academic environment including the securing of research funds.· Effective development and management of budgets reflecting staffing, capital, and other operating expenses and understanding of the complex financial pressures facing academic health care organizations.· Demonstrated ability to build and sustain collegial relationships with peers, faculty, departmental staff, administration, residents and students.Application Instructions
