About The Position
The Chain Sales Manager (CSM) is responsible for achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales objectives within the Chain Retail Account Universe in their territory. The CSM will build and maintain high-impact sales relationships with retail chain customers.
The CSM will lead General Sales Meetings (GSMs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). They will also develop and distribute sales order solicitation tools that align with brand standards for sales representation and in-store sales order solicitation display execution. This role collaborates closely with the distributor to design impactful sales initiatives, leveraging National and Local sales sampling events, cross-merchandising opportunities, and brand objectives to achieve or exceed state sales order solicitation goals.
Additionally, the CSM oversees key sales resources, including financial and POS inventory, to ensure seamless sales plan execution. They will work with State and Field Sales Managers to provide actionable feedback and recommendations on local sales initiatives.
